@vanbadham I vote Green so Labor gets the message that there is strong community support for social & economic justice and environmental action, and so that a minor party get a share of the public election funding to weaken the two party system. That said, Labor gets my preferences.

@vanbadham Ever heard of preferential voting? You can put Labor ahead of Liberal without giving them your 1st preference (& the AEC funding that comes with that, which they don’t need). Greens absolutely can make a difference. Heard of the balance of power? Look at NZ. Look at ACT. Iceland!

@vanbadham No. Just no. Remember that the first preference gets funding allocation following the election. Neither Liberals nor Labor need any more money. They have corporate donors for that. By all means preference Labor ahead of Libs, but put a decent independent or smaller party first.
