For those in the back that can't seem to wrap their heads around something so obvious. There's more to the QB position than having launch codes hardwired into your arm. 🤣 FOH!!! #FinsUp#MiamiDolphins
“The students who cannot read a 20-page article today are the voters who will not be able to read a bill, or the jurors who cannot follow a closing argument, tomorrow.”
My top takeaways from GM Jon-Eric Sullivan’s 1st draft:
- More of a risk taker than imagined
- Intel gathering is important
- High conviction targets in R1-2
- Role-fillers from Day 2 on
- Position agnostic
- Treats offense & defense differently
- Wants O-linemen BIG

I LOVE THIS! FINALLY!
MIAMI GOT A STUD!
Chris Bell is my WR8 and would have been higher if not for the ACL injury.
Most projected him to run a 4.3 to a low 4.4 at the combine.
6’1 ⅞, 222 lbs., Chrisl Bell will over flexibility as an X, Z and flanker option for an offense.
Bell can stretch a defense vertically on any given play, he’s good in space whether it’s his understanding of angles or using his pure raw talent to make a defender miss, has a nice wide catch radius, tracks the ball well, has good balance to play through contact and he loves the physical aspect of the game.
This is a potential 1st round talent if he stays healthy. #PhinsUp
Thing I pointed out when we did Tight Ends on @3YardsPerCarry is Miami’s roster has mostly one type on there, one dimensional pass catchers. Too much ketchup, no mustard. Will Kacmarek is mustard.
Sullivan came in and saw how soft the Dolphins were on offense, and decided we were going to be physical no matter what. Expect to see heavy runs all season from all three backs. 🐬
I asked Proctor about Nick Sabans quote about him not being in shape and how re responds to that:
“I was 400 pounds in the offseason the summer of my freshman year. The last couple of years I’ve kept my weight in check and practiced to go out and play for my team.”
Proctor on his athleticism:
“I feel great about zone blocking. I keep the weight in check under 350. I can keep the weight.
I can play fast, physical and free”
Film Breakdown: Jalen Tolbert Adds Size & Versatility to the Miami Dolphins WR Room
Tolbert has a different skill set than the rest of the fins WR's. I like the addition #PhinsUp

Don’t forget when Dwyane Wade came off the bench in the 2008 Olympics and led the team in scoring over Kobe Bryant and LeBron James.
Prime D-Wade was unstoppable.
Today I$rael tried to kill me in a targeted airstrike in southern Lebanon as I was reporting on was the targeting of bridges and the forced displacement of 1 million people, an ethnic cleansing operation on a larger scale than the Nakba
I have absolutely no doubt that this was deliberate. Despite claims there were no warnings ahead of the strike and no notifications sent to the Lebanese Army who allowed us to film
As we have seen in Gaza they want to silence journalists who document and report their war crimes
It is the western powers who provide political and military support for I$rael, arming it to the teeth to carry out genocide in Gaza and ethnic cleansing here in Lebanon. They are not simply complicit, but active participants and should be held accountable for their actions.
But if I$rael thinks today’s strike will silence us and keep us out of the field they are very, very mistaken
All of these risks point to a deeper pattern I call the Escalation Trap
Wars often begin with leaders believing they can apply limited force to control events
But the very tools meant to control escalation often trigger the next round of it
