@Amaterasuuu0426 if it's a skeletal scoliosis, Pilates can't fix that but if it's postural, it will balance out. However even if it's skeletal, Pilates massively helps to even out the muscle tone of either side, to improve all manner of things from breathing, pain, tone, joint stability.
@zenny_91 Ha ha - we hear ya! But build those foundations strongly on the whole Pilates system and months of baking that powerhouse will give you the support, control, stability and confidence to do the bendy stuff later
@sophielongx Pilates helps strength training, but strength training helps Pilates too. Pilates teaches you how to find space in your spine and work in a more balanced strength/stretch way so it's obviously hitting the spot that perhaps heavy lifting was only strengthening
