I've never heard of a well catechised Catholic ever becoming Protestant let alone a theologian, scholar, or priest.

There have been literally thousands of the best and brightest leaving Protestantism. There are even organisations to help them transition because Protestants are so ignorant of ancient Christianity, these Catholic converts end up losing their jobs, friends and even family. Disgraceful.

Also, the internet is dismantling your 16th century nonsense and people are learning that the 2,000 year old Catholic Church was established by Jesus Christ.

The Catholic Church is booming globally.

There were a record number of adult baptisms last year, mostly exProtestants. Indications are that this year will be even more.

The Catholic Church continues to grow globally to now over 1.422 billion as at the end of 2023.

This is how much it grew by in recent years:
2021 by 14 million
2022 by 16 million
2023 by 17 million
2024 by 16 million

These numbers do not yet reflect the tsunami of Protestant converts since 2024.

Germany and Switzerland where the deformation was born, are now Catholic majority again.

Catholicism is already the largest single Christian group in the US:

July 11 is the Feast of St. Benedict — and millions of Catholics around the world wear his medal. But do you know what it actually means?

Known as the "devil-chasing medal," the St. Benedict Medal is one of the most powerful sacramentals in the Catholic Church. Its power comes not from the object itself, but from Christ, who works through the faith of the one who uses it.

The Front:

St. Benedict holds a cross. At his side are a broken cup—after monks tried to poison him, it shattered when he blessed it—and a raven carrying away a poisoned loaf, another failed attempt on his life. Around the edge is the inscription:

Eius in obitu nostro praesentia muniamur

"May we be strengthened by his presence in our hour of death."

The Back:

A large cross bears the initials of the famous prayer:
