@RogersHelps when will this be resolved? Your counterparts on Facebook say there is no outage at the moment. I can’t upload photos there so I came here instead. No outage? Going on 5 hours now here in Ottawa.
Time to go to bell who isnt much better on the pricing or customer service but at least they know how to keep a network up for more than a few months at a time. I can almost schedule your blackouts they’ve become so regular. Seriously worst company ever!

@Rogers Please explain to me why it is impossible to cancel cable and internet service at an address I NO LONGER LIVE AT??? Over 3 hours on hold with your customer service. Call back as a new customer and get an agent within 90 seconds who cannot help me. This is ridiculous!!
