@ayemikey86@SleeperNFL@ESPNCleveland Then let him?? You think these franchises don't rotate personnel? If you're the GM of a team, you need to have the balls to say this is a bad idea and it will hurt our team. If you want to fire me for that, so be it.
@tiz_rl@FDSportsbook As pure basketball players?? They definitely are.
Spida is by far & away the better scorer, but his defense is iffy, he's not a great passer & he doesn't rebound well. Outside of scoring, what advantages does spida have over Castle? Genuine question, cause maybe I'm missing it
@sevensocold@SleeperNFL@ESPNCleveland *four years ago, and the team has been a dumpster fire since then. You can't just move on from something like that. That's losing culture. I'm happy browns fans feel like they're heading in the right direction, but that move is certainly not forgiven imo.
@ayemikey86@SleeperNFL@ESPNCleveland So we are just going to ignore one of the worst trades ever made in NFL history because the owner may or may not have had his fingers in the pie? At the end of the day, it is still on Berry as the acting GM who agreed to do it.
@jbchoknows Haha ironically I was one of the few Sam Darnold believers, that's how I ended up with so much of him across my leagues.
I think you're right that Kyler will probably win the job, but the team won't be good. One step forward and two steps back.
@jbchoknows I mean.. what makes you think Kyler is a winner? How does he actually help the team? We have seen him with the reigns for 5 years now and not once has he ever put up a winning season - why would that change now?
@Call_Mee_CJ@FDSportsbook Yeah in his rookie season, and Wemby still dropped 33 that game. Embiid followed up that game with a 9/3/1 game, albeit on just 14 minuets.
2026 comps though, you are right that embiid has had the edge. Seems like Wemby has taken that next step tho, no?

@jbchoknows Yeah but how do you look at all those things & praise Kyler for it, and then denounce JJ with what, 8 games under his belt as an NFL starter? All of which came off of an ACL tear after having limited development in college? I just feel like one side is not getting a fair go here
@jbchoknows I kinda hate both if I'm being honest. Neither of them are very good.
Can you show me some tangible reason why Kyler is a vastly superior option? He's a fine fantasy option I'll give you that, but for actual football - No. Turnovers, bad decision making, lack of leadership, etc

@nerobby1@FDSportsbook Mitchell is definitely the better scorer and it isn't close. But Castle is a great defender, a better passer and a better rebounder and I don't think that's a bold take. They have different roles within their teams.
@plane_pats I kinda feel like these aren't even the sure fire top 10?
Leaving out Evans, Adams, Tee, and devonta smith. All of which I think have a case over the back 3 mentioned.
But fwiw, talent wise I think AJB actually is in the top 10. He's just getting to that typical WR cliff.
@RyanairReds@CharlesChillFFB Haha it definitely can be! You'll learn and grow your teams too, trust me ๐
Lastly, I wouldn't make any moves until after the NFL draft is done anyway so you can see landing spots and how everything shakes out
