NASA has just launched a new website for its Moon Base missions, which aims to build a permanent $20 billion U.S. base on the Moon. @SpaceX's Starship rocket will play a big role in these missions.

"The Moon Base is a home away from Earth for Artemis astronauts who will live and work at humanity’s first lunar outpost. NASA is leading global teams of innovators across international space agencies, industry, and academia to build the Moon Base and establish an enduring human presence near the lunar South Pole for the benefit of all.

Phase One (Now–2029): Experiment and Learn
NASA will begin with a rapid series of robotic missions to scout the lunar South Pole region, test technologies, and prepare for surface operations ahead of future astronaut missions.:
• A major increase in lunar activity, with up to 25 missions, including 21 landings.
• Crewed and autonomous rovers for mobility demonstrations and surface preparation, along with four drones known as MoonFall and communications relay and observation satellites.
• Early demonstrations of power, navigation, communications, and nuclear radioisotope heater unit technologies designed to endure the long lunar night.
• Scientific payload opportunities integrated across landers and rovers.
• The first tangible footprint of Moon Base effort, with four tons of payload delivered to test what works on the lunar surface.

Phase Two (2029–2032): Early Habitation
By 2029, NASA will transition to assembling semi-permanent infrastructure and initiating early habitation and logistics operations:
• Deployment of expanded solar power systems and initial nuclear surface power capabilities, potentially including fission reactors and radioisotope power systems.
• Upgraded rovers, potential advanced MoonFall drones, and early habitation elements.
• Enhanced surface-to-orbit communications networks to provide reliable connectivity across the lunar South Pole region.
• Delivery of up to 60 tons of cargo through as many as 24 landings using low-, medium-, and heavy-class cargo landers.

Phase Three (2032 and Beyond): Sustained Human Presence
This phase will scale operations to achieve a true enduring presence, with routine crew rotations and continuous surface activity. This is when living and working on the Moon becomes a reality:
• Semi-permanent habitation modules with spacious interior for crew living and operations.
• Operational fission surface power systems capable of delivering steady, reliable energy through the long lunar nights, leveraging in situ resource manufacturing.
• Advanced logistics networks supported by crewed and autonomous rovers to keep the base supplied and functioning year-round.
• Delivery of up to 38 tons of cargo annually to sustain habitats, power systems, logistics operations, and major science outposts, enabled by low-cost reusable heavy-lift capabilities."

Ayer recibí los dos informes de la UDEF sobre Zapatero, como me imagino le ha pasado a media España.

He hecho como Rufián el otro día y apenas he dormido leyendo todo por aclararme.

Como los medios sacan noticia por noticia para ganar clicks… he decidido ordenar las ideas y hacer un hilo completo sobre el caso.

El informe 1907 (186 páginas) reconstruye la estructura: quién es quién en la red, qué sociedades controlan, por d��nde se mueve el dinero, dónde acaba y qué papel juega cada implicado. Es la radiografía societaria y financiera.

El informe 1908 (158 páginas) reconstruye la cronología: ordena por fecha los mensajes de WhatsApp, correos electrónicos, llamadas y reuniones recuperados del móvil de Rodolfo Reyes y de los demás dispositivos intervenidos. Es el guion temporal del caso.

Uno te explica el cómo y el cuánto, el otro te explica el cuándo y el con quién.

Por eso, a lo largo del hilo, las capturas alternan entre los dos: cuando se cita un mensaje concreto (una frase, una hora, un día), la fuente es casi siempre el 1908; cuando se cita una conclusión policial, una titularidad societaria o un flujo de dinero, la fuente es el 1907.

Swiss authorities have confirmed a case of #hantavirus identified in a passenger from the MV Hondius cruise ship.

He had responded to an email from the ship’s operator informing the passengers of the health event, and presented himself to a hospital in Zurich, Switzerland, and is receiving care.

In line with the International Health Regulations (IHR), WHO is working with relevant countries to support international contact tracing, to ensure that those potentially exposed are monitored and that any further disease spread is limited.

The type of virus in this outbreak has been confirmed as Andes hantavirus by the National Institute for Communicable Diseases @nicd_sa, South Africa and the Geneva University Hospitals @hug_ge, Switzerland
The support of the Institut Pasteur de Dakar @PasteurDakar, Senegal and the Administración Nacional de Laboratorios e Institutos de Salud @ANLIS_Malbran, Argentina has also been critical in responding to this event.

As of 6 May, there are 8 cases, 3 of whom are confirmed as hantavirus by laboratory testing.

WHO will continue to work with countries to ensure that the patients, contacts, passengers and crew have the information and support they need to stay safe and prevent spread.

I want to tell you the story of a young woman who you have probably never heard of. Her name is Mary Anne. She was born on a remote island in Scotland, where life was harsh and unforgiving.

On May 2, 1930, when she was 18 years old, she got on a boat headed for Ellis Island to start a new life. She arrived here 11 days later.

She wasn't chasing fame, riches, or power. She came for the unique opportunity that America offered. Her sister was already here and had found a job as a maid. So, Mary Anne MacLeod joined her, listing her occupation as “domestic” on her Ellis Island immigration papers.

She came to America knowing that she would clean the houses and toilets of the wealthy families in New York. She and her sister lived and worked hard through the worst days of the Depression. And she persevered.

Six years later, she married a man named Fred. He was the son of German immigrants. Then In 1942, she became a citizen.

Mary and Fred would end up having five children: two daughters and three sons.

One of those sons, they named Donald.

A woman who came here as a maid, the lowest of jobs, would raise a son who would change the very skyline that greeted his mother when she arrived at Ellis Island.

After that, he would become the 45th and 47th President of the United States.

There is no other country in the world where a woman can arrive with nothing, and in ONE generation, her son would lead the entire world.

For America’s 250th anniversary, I wanted to present President Trump with this painting I did, and then I ran out of time and talent. So, I asked a good friend of mine, Mike Malm, to help me finish it. This is how I envisioned her coming into the United States.

Mary Anne MacLeod Trump should be a household name. Her story is everything that is great about America.

12 year old Lebanese girl messages Israeli Arabic Army spokesman asking him to bomb her school.

She wrote: “Listen brother, I want to give you very important information. In Choueifat National College school, there are Hezbollah weapons, a rocket launcher room, and shelters underground with weapons. I wanted to give you this information, the rest is up to you.”

Reports say the student sent the message to Avichay Adraee because she did not want to attend classes. Israeli drones later flew over the area, causing panic among residents.

The school said it requested a security investigation involving the girl and her family, warning legal action against anyone harming the school’s reputation.

Le digo a mi amiga, en plan suave:
“Oye, ¿no le vas a decir nada por el ruido?”

Ella sonríe, medio incómoda:
“Déjale, así está tranquilo.”

A los 5 minutos, se acerca y le dice:
“Cariño, basta ya de móvil, ¿no?”

Él ni la mira.

Ella insiste:
“Venga, 5 minutos más y lo dejamos, ¿sí?”

Respuesta del niño:
“No.”

Ella intenta quitarle el móvil.
Él se levanta, grita, le da un manotazo y el móvil sale volando.

La gente mira.
Silencio incómodo.

Yo me quedo esperando el clásico:
“Ni se te ocurra volver a hacer eso.”

Pero no.

Ella recoge el móvil del suelo, lo abraza y me dice, casi susurrando:
“Es que últimamente está muy sensible.”

El niño, mientras tanto, se aleja enfadado,
pateando la silla y murmurando insultos.

Nadie le dice nada.

Cuando se va al baño, todavía lloriqueando,
ella se gira hacia mí como si necesitara aprobación:

“Es que no quiero que viva lo que vivimos nosotras.”
“Antes todo era gritos y castigos.”
“Yo prefiero que se sienta libre, que se exprese.”

Yo la miro.

Veo en su cara agotamiento.
Y un discurso precioso para justificar que no manda ni en su casa ni en su vida.

Porque una cosa es educar sin violencia.
Otra es convertirte en rehén emocional de un niño de 7 años.

Luego estos niños crecen.

Y llegan al colegio pensando que la profe es su asistente personal.
Llegan al trabajo pensando que el jefe es su terapeuta.
Llegan a las relaciones creyendo que cualquier límite es “abuso”.

Y cuando el mundo no les trata como su madre…
se rompen.

Lo j*dido es que todo se hace “por amor”,
“por no traumatizar”.

Pero igual el verdadero trauma
no será haber tenido unos padres que dijeron “no”…
sino unos que nunca se atrevieron a hacerlo.

Y ahí está la pregunta incómoda:

¿Esto es crianza respetuosa…
o pura cobardía maquillada de discurso moderno?

¿Protegemos al niño…
o estamos fabricando adultos frágiles que nadie va a soportar fuera de casa?
