@Ocado my 6-7pm delivery is not here (currently its just after 10pm) The expected time keeps moving backwards. The call centre is closed due to a fire drill. I’d ideally like you to go to bed but if there’s a realistic chance of delivery I will stay up. Help!

Someone told me yesterday that everyone who passes by takes a photo of this @OfficialTfGM mission statement. Plain english and simplicity more powerful here than a 30 page document for engaging and unifying staff, partners and stakeholders.
