I was WAY off with my initial prediction. I thought this would blow past 100k concurrent. Possibly even 200k. Like... Holy shit... this is AWFUL.
Halo Studios is on the chopping block after this. Mark my word. They are FINISHED.
There’s 2 perspectives on this:
1. It’s similar to Tarkov where it gives you almost but not quite enough to know where to explore which is good
2. This design is bad b/c it just means people will google the quest like players in Tarkov negating the exploration.
@SaihateNoSora This is interesting. But at the very end of the post he says he can’t speak to current direction. Which to me reads that maybe it’s Sony using bungie to chase the extraction genre. Thanks for the feedback back.
