I sadly got rid of my CDs & vinyl, but I found a bunch of old tapes - including the GD (my initials) mixtape series, where I would pull songs from multiple radio shows. I would type/print the tracklist & do it monthly. Spent countless hours doing this. A true labour of love 🤣🤣

3 out of 5 (Good)
This is a high end 3 out of 5, just not quite a 3.5 for me. Good effort here from Nackman and Cookin Soul, I thought they went 7 for 11 on here with one clear standout track with "Hear Me" which is def one of my fav songs of the year. Enjoyable listen and definitley worth checking out if you're a fan of Captain Nack Sparrow.

"AL-ANDALUS" by Cookin Soul & Estee Nack.
Son...latest from Nackman this time with the soundscape provided by Spain's Cookin Soul. I thought Cookin Soul did a great job with the albums he put together with Fahim & Raz Fresco recently...Nack feels like a natural choice as the next artist he teams up with.
Anyone give this a spin yet?
Been listening to a lot of @2J3BDshow lately. It's quickly become my favorite podcast. Hearing The LOX just be their normal selves is cool, they are very likeable dudes. Sheek is undercover hilarious too. Eric & Jeff are also hilarious and do a great job moderating the show. Salute to them all....the show has been providing me with very high level entertainment lately.

2.5 out of 5 (Average)
Now, I'm a huge fan of both these artists, but this was pretty average. It wasn't bad. It just was. I thought they went 3 for 10 on here without anything that really stood out as great. Nonetheless, it was dope to hear A.G. rapping and I look forward to Stu continuing to team up with some of our favs who we don't get to hear often.

"Selfy" by Stu Bangas & A.G.
I love how Stu is working with some of my fav artists from the 90s and getting them in the booth. I'm a big fan of his production, so I was pretty pumped when I saw he recruited Andre the Giant for a new record. The album Stu did with Words earlier this year was dope...so let's check out this one with the DITC vet.
Anyone give this a listen yet? If so, what did you think?
