I believe ( through my research) They are ran by the C👁️A and the mafia.

They target struggling businesses all over the country typically restaurants, Contractors, mom and pop style companies - usually startups or companies experiencing exponential growth.

and scam millions every year using all sorts of high level tactics

They have several acronyms and change them every time somebody gets onto them…

They have been running for decades

IPA (international profit Associates) IBA (international business advisors) etc etc - there are many

I had a run in with them about 17 years ago and have vowed to take them down ever since
