I would get questions like what is a "Release"? Why should I use "Components"? I cant find x, teach me JQL, why cant I move x from state y to z.. I learnt a lot, lets say that 👀

I tried introducing Jira to marketing in 2018 - it didn't go well! 🤦 so when Abby and Caitlin agreed to share how Atlassian use Jira, Confluence and Loom for marketing I jumped for joy💡

My marketing team loved the customizability and asked me for lots of custom issue types (Blog 📄, Mail 📧, Case Study 🎓 etc) but then struggled with the complexity they had requested. As soon as I took my eyes off of it they moved to something Trello-like for simplicity
