My business was ineligible for relief although my material prices nearly 4x almost overnight. I am a small spray foam insulation company with just my dad and I. We honored all of our outstanding bids for jobs as we are from a semi impoverished area and wanted to do what was right for our community. We lost nearly $300k in the two years and not only did it almost close our business, but we had to sell our farm to recover. Makes me sick that so many abused this when we needed relief and none to be found. We still haven’t recovered.

@ThoughtCrimes80 We haven’t been in a couple years now we use to go to the 4th of July games. It’s been one of my girls favorite things. The last time we went a homeless man kept following us around talking to my young (all under 10) daughters. I feared for their safety so never going back.

@MikeJohnstonCO We used to regularly bring our three daughters to Denver for sporting events and other attractions. We haven’t been in a long time now and have no plans to come back. I am scared for the safety of my wife and three young daughters walking anywhere on Denver streets.
