@JHBWater I have had a leaking water meter for more than two months. Nobody bothers to fix it. This is urgent as water is flooding the driveway now. Calls are closed on your app with no resolution. My most recent ref is 40138813. Address is 9 Napoli Estate Rea Rd Douglasdale.

Hi @Discovery_SA Please urgently resolve query with ref 11047963056. I have called 5 times already since beginning Feb and nothing gets done. It is simply reprocessing 2 claims to pay out of approved PMB instead of MSA. Not sure why this is so difficult.

@Discovery_SA plse explain to me why my claim was paid to the service provider even after i provided proof of payment that i had paid? More than a week later no feedback & I'm told its been escalated. This was what i was told last week as well. Ref nr is 9537124955.Sort this out!

Pathetic service from @Discovery_SA Insure! More than a week after submitting my claim online and providing documents required, an assessor was still not appointed. Only after phoning the call centre was this done and this after multiple emails were ignored!
