Case management is a specific set of criteria and goals; if you say you are doing CM for a client, you are all in. Otherwise, you’re an outreach worker or an advocate or a friend.

Generally folks in these roles have background, specialized skills, and training/experience. All volunteers are doing full CM?

And there are more people housed and doing drugs that no one considers…having a home bestows all kinds of things. Like people not seeing your drug use.

Instead, you use inflammatory footage and film folks who are trying to help. When’s the last time you tried to have a conversation with a helper vs. getting in faces?
