I am profoundly thankful to the constituents of Northern City Division West comprising former (Namabasa, Nakaloke sub county, Nakaloke Town council and Northern Division) as I leave the Mbale City.
This seeking regime tried to ban Facebook, failed, and later reinstated it. The regime had to backtrack as its own @PoliceUg were using the banned app. Uganda’s attempt to control social media ended in humiliation.
@PoliceUg@Joshwajo7@KawalaRachael The suspect's smug smile reflects a lack of realization as the crowd disperses, leaving him alone before the law. True justice requires allowing the legal system to hold him accountable, rather than succumbing to retaliatory violence. Let the courts deliver justice for Sydney.
@DailyMonitor Some hold dual citizenship, causing delays in renunciation. System flaw: emphasis on patriotism but oversight on constitutional eligibility. The bottleneck isn't ministers' loyalty but the flawed pipeline sequence. Prioritize legality over ideology.
There is a group claiming that the @DailyMonitor Newspaper went overboard with this headline. Let me ask a few questions;
1. Besides being First Lady, is Maama Janet Kataaha Museveni a public officer? YES, she is the outgoing and incoming Minister for Education.
2. Do the citizens have a right to know whether their public officers such as cabinet Ministers are no shows at work and the reason thereof? YES.
3. Is there any record or communication from the Government about the Hon. Minister for Education going on sick leave? NO.
4. Has the Government failed on PR in this issue? I think so.
Instead of putting the blame where it lies - with those that are not communicating clearly to the citizens the status of the Hon. Minister for Education - to allow the religious to pray for her (if need be), they are blaming the newspaper that is asking the right question.
The day President Museveni started appointing his family members into public offices, he stripped them of a certain level of privacy that would be accorded to them. Let us be very clear.
What a cruel world! To imagine that such a talent - a star who proudly flew our national flag with the Uganda Rugby Cranes - fell at the hands of a mob is as alarming as it is devastating. We all hope that there will be justice for this heinous crime. Deepest condolences to his family, the Rugby fraternity, and every fan who cheered him on. May the almighty grant infinite strength to his loved ones during this dark time.
How Kampala thieves operate:
These criminals move with a well-planned strategy on the streets. In most cases, they work in groups consisting of a woman carrying a bag and several male accomplices acting as backup.
Once they identify a target, the woman quickly approaches and deliberately bumps into the person. Suddenly, her bag falls to the ground, or she throws herself down and starts shouting, “Omubbi! Omubbi!” (“Thief! Thief!”).
Immediately, her accomplices rush in, pretending to respond to the alarm. They begin searching, harassing, and accusing the victim while checking for valuables. In many cases, they start beating the victim, attracting a mob that joins in without knowing the truth.
A friend of mine once fell victim to a similar scheme. Thank God his “Inzikuru” 🏃🏾♂️ ancestors watched over him and helped him escape the danger. Otherwise, he could have lost his life.
Sadly, this appears to be a growing trend in our country. Even more concerning are allegations that some of these criminals are protected or aided by corrupt security personnel.
We must all remain careful and vigilant when walking on the streets, driving along highways, or stopping at traffic lights. Stay alert, be aware of your surroundings, and never rush to judge a situation before knowing the facts.
Your awareness could save your life or someone else’s!
There are moments in life when words feel too small for the weight of grief you carry. This is one of those moments.
Guga, we grew up sharing more than a rugby pitch. We shared blood, not just the blood of brothers in sport, but the deeper bond of our people, our tribe, our roots. You knew where I came from before I ever had to explain it. That kind of kinship is rare and I am broken knowing I will never stand beside you again.
As your Captain, I watched you carry yourself with a quiet dignity that made my job easier. You never needed me to push you, you pushed yourself.
Every scrum, every breakdown, every bruising collision, you gave everything. You were the kind of teammate who made the man beside you better and the dressing room feel like home.
But beyond the jersey and the titles we won together, you were simply my young brother. The laughter, long journeys and conversations that only made sense to us, I will hold those close for the rest of my days.
The Black Pirates will run out again, but there will always be a space on that field that belongs only to you, Gongodyo. No one will fill it.
Now rest well Guga. I love you ❤️

Mamito, just ignore insignificant online adversaries instead of invoking legal force. Pursuing a faceless opponent with legal threats reveals vulnerability and an inability to control digital spaces, a costly and futile display of authority.
So called Tabz a Fugitive Media Bully EXPOSED! @NinyeTabz
When my lawyers filed a criminal case against this individual, we discovered he already has 21 sanctioned criminal files. None are political. All stem from personal disputes with different people.
He sought immunity from security agencies in exchange for “information,” but failed. The complaints are too many, and some complainants are highly influential. He is now on the run — no fixed address, no mobile money in his name, no registered number.
Yet he parades himself as a “member of the fourth estate” with no media house, no job, no self-employment, no home. While evading the law, he jumps on every trend, spreads falsehoods, and "plays detective" for clicks.
This is the hypocrisy of fake corporate life. Many social media bullies attack others to mask their own time-bomb struggles.
My lawyers will proceed. This file will be sanctioned and will await him when he is apprehended.
I stay in my lane. I do not strike — I defend. Nsibirwa @SueNsibirwa you attacked me first. To all self-styled “society judges”: fix yourselves first. Hold leaders accountable on principle, not with bullying. Do not use us as punching bags for your personal issues!
I will continue to serve our country and hold my positive energy👌
Hon Janet Kataha Museveni once again requested to be vetted on zoom but committee members objected. Speaker Oboth-Oboth tried twice to persuade members but failed. We are waiting to see what happens today; whether they are once again willing to bend the rules to accommodate Museveni family rule. For the entire five years, 2021-26, Kataha never stepped in parliament!
@DailyMonitor When a high-profile corruption case skips prosecutors and reaches the President, it transforms legal liability into political capital. The presidency strategically controls the situation, maintaining ambiguity to ensure compliance without total destruction. This is problematic!
A high-profile corruption case reaching the President bypasses prosecutors, turning legal liability into political capital. He controls the narrative ensuring compliance while balancing public accountability with the stability of existing power structures thru strategic ambiguity
