I just realized in the English trailer (which is where I clipped this image) she actually has the Agnus faction logo. Why is it different here?? City shown in the JP trailer here:

Looks like Shimmer is from the city, given the emblem below (and also the fact her clothes are obviously not Agnian). It seems we'll meet her in the Cadensia region. Maybe she's on a special mission.

She's obviously not naturally born in the city, so I imagine her cradle was picked up by the Lost Numbers before the events of the base game took place (maybe long before).

And she's clearly not in her first term, so she must have woken up around the same time the main 6 did. But why? Was it Cubibi's fault again? 🤔

Cool pose, but why is Shimmer basically just wearing Pyra's outfit in Mythra's colors? IMO she looks very out of place in this game, though I guess that's to be expected considering how the other DLC characters turned out.
