For the first time in Nigerian history, a former presidential adviser, former DG of a Federal agency, former Minister of the federation and two term Governor of a state was thoroughly grilled by both EFCC and ICPC. Yet, no news of property seizure, no freezing of Bank account or confiscation of hard currency.
This is Malam Nasir El-Rufai 💪
~ Muhammad kona
To those shamelessly defending President Tinubu while mocking Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, I ask you: how quickly do we erase the sacrifices and courage of a man who once stood for the nation?
Where was Reno Omokri, now acting as the President’s vocal defender, when Mallam Nasir El-Rufai boldly stood up for Tinubu in times of trial?
Where was Nuhu Ribadu when Mallam took the Federal Government and the then Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, to court to protect the interests of the nation and the party?
Where were those now parading as power brokers, when Mallam rallied Northern Governors, persuaded even the late President Buhari, and ensured that Tinubu’s path to leadership was secured?
Where were the voices now calling for Mallam’s imprisonment when he insisted that power must shift to the South, in line with the party’s agreement?
If you can so quickly forget these sacrifices, these acts of courage and loyalty, and reduce Mallam Nasir El-Rufai to “fighting for personal interest,” then tell me—what exactly are you fighting for? Good governance? Anti-corruption? The progress of our nation?
Nothing surprises me anymore. Let history judge, and may we all be guided.

Happy 66th Birthday to our dear father, His Excellency, Mallam Nasir @elrufai. I have said this before and I will say it again. I also love to proudly say it. One of the greatest honours of my life is being called your son. You are an impeccable administrator, a courageous leader, a bold reformer and a fantastic father. No son could have asked for a better father. As you turn 66, I pray that Allah SWT continues to guide, protect and bless you. Our love and loyalty to you is permanent and pensionable. And here’s a timely reminder you always told us, Quranic verse, (Surah Al-Anfal 8: 30). ‘They plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners.’ On behalf of the excellent people of Kaduna North that I proudly represent based on the good traits you taught me. We celebrate the father of Modern Kaduna and the original restorer of the Abuja Master Plan, as Minister of the Federal Capital Territory. I hope you are appreciating all the natural love from people that you have never even met. You truly deserve it after years of excellent service to our nation.
Signed
Hon. Mohammed Bello El-Rufai
Member. Your beloved son.

When the ONSA said Mallam will hear from DSS after he asked them why they are importing poison, on the count DSS filed, I was expecting to see them add that Mallam said they are importing poison to their charges, but they didn't.
Why? It can only mean one thing 😂
I honestly respect El-Rufai. In governance and development, he’s one of the most brilliant minds in the North. No doubt, his intellect is remarkable, but his politics is ruthless. He fights dirty, seeks to destroy, and leaves no room for reconciliation, his greatest weakness.
El-Rufai went to the EFCC office with a truckload of documents and presented his evidence. They did not detain him; he is back home. He will also visit the DSS and ICPC in the meantime. Mallam Nasir El-Rufai is not a saint, but he is not a thief either.
If this is true, I can’t even lie, that’s serious work.
Packing a whole Hilux with documents to show how every kobo that entered Kaduna account from May 29, 2015 to May 29, 2023 was spent? That’s not small something.
This is the kind of transparency we always talk about. No long story, no hiding, just bring the records and let people see for themselves.
At the end of the day, it’s not about who you like or don’t like. It’s about accountability. Every leader should be able to show us clearly how our money was used.
I see your profile talks about truth, meaning you are truthful. What you just posted here is far from the truth.
Nasiru brought himself to all this by anger and his determination to fight ethnic and religion war just as he did as the governor in kaduna state.
Mr. Bola Tinubu worked for late President Buhari’s ticket with hope to join him in the ticket as VP. It didn’t materialize despite his confidence that Muslim Muslim ticket would work. The oracles said no, Tinubu went home and maintained his peace. He was apparently sidelined for 4 years but when the time came for Buhari to renew his mandate, Tinubu jumped into the campaign train and campaigned for Buhari.
Today Tinubu is president of Nigeria. Not by himself alone, like he worked for Buhari, others including Nasiru worked for him to achieve that mandate.
So Nasiru was rejected, whether by the senate acting on its own or even promoted by President Tinubu. Nasiru has a choice to be quiet and self comforted in his ability to find his way back into reckoning in a dignified manner.
He chose not to take that route. He sees himself as a warrior, his army, northern Nigeria and his special army division, the northern Muslims.
Nasiru chose verbal warfare that may implicate him. That’s not the way of wisdom.
In all these Tinubu doesn’t say he has dumped him. He even congratulated him on his birthday last year. That shows the door is still open. Nasiru has access to Aso Rock that you and many Nigerians don’t have. But he chose war.
I have written all these because you may want to learn wisdom and not misinformation, falsehoods and directed hatred.
Mallam Nasir @elrufai went to the @officialEFCC with a Hilux loaded with documents about his time as Kaduna state governor between May 29, 2015- May 29, 2023.
That man didn't get first class in quantity survey by mistake. LOL
Meanwhile, his supporters followed him to the EFCC headquarters, and the EFCC teargassed them.

***Kano vs. Kaduna***
Please help this guy!
For me, there's no place like Kano in Naija. As for what business, go for what you're passionate about!
With 30M, I won't think about buying a house. Rent one and have more money dedicated to the business. You can buy a house later or buy a plot and build gradually! Good luck!
The wife of the Late Muhammadu Buhari has this message for Nigerians.
Dear Nigerians, find place in your hearts to forgive him for his shortcomings and wrongdoings. No one is infallible, every human is susceptible to mistake. Rest on, Buhari.
“Whoever thought that there has been some form of injustice on him we are all humans, there is no doubt I hurt some people, and I wish they would pardon me and those who think that I have hurt them, please pardon me”. – late President Muhammadu Buhari (May, 2023).
