the same medical examiner who ruled it a homicide also testified that floyd had 11 ng/ml of fentanyl in his system, a level high enough to kill most people, along with meth and severe heart disease. he even admitted that if floyd had been found dead at home with those same drug levels, he would have ruled it an overdose.
you can’t cherry pick the “homicide” part while ignoring everything else the doctor said. the prosecution had to argue that the knee somehow overrode the fatal drug levels and heart condition. that’s why the case was so controversial.
your selective reading of the testimony is embarrassing.
