I'm on here briefly again for this tragedy.
This is exactly right: blaming a political party for something one man did is asinine and dangerously inciteful of greater violence.
Nothing will get better unless we let go of our hatred of the 'other side'.
I'm back to say this:
I just learned that Erika Kirk just forgave the man who shot her husband.
Wow. I'm blown away more by this news than any in a long time.
It's incredible.

I'm only on here to share this video: police body footage of the George Floyd arrest and subsequent passing. All of the media lied. All the politicians lied. The officers did everything right. The trial of Chauvin was unconstitutional. Watch the video.
I've bee silent on here for a while now.
I've decided that I'm either going to permanently resign from this site, or be off of it for a very long time.
Those who I know have alternative ways to contact me.
I just think X isn't the best site for my spiritual health.
I've had little doubt that the environmentalists have long contributed (unwittingly or otherwise) to the slow erosion and destruction of the environment.
I still stand by this today.
I don't think environmentalists understand how their hardline policies are actually harming the environment. Talked to a business owner in Southern California a while back and they told me about importing the product they make from Mexico just across the border. Why are they importing the very product they make in the US from Mexico you ask? "I am maxed out on what I can produce with the amount of permitted equipment even though I have space. For me to apply for more equipment, even if it is state of the art much lower emissions faces an uphill battle of lawsuits from environmentalists and years of battles. So instead I just buy what I need from Mexico. They don't have the environmental regulations I have and tons of it blows north in San Diego but I can continue to expand." Apply this to things like China. You outsource the production to China, the environmental is demonstrably worse off but you feel good because you won't let it be produced in America with much higher environmental standards.
Ranked choice voting was defeated in every single state, including blue states. The only place where it won was in DC where there is only one party anyway.
@TravisChessie19 This is yet another issue contributing to long-term societal destruction.
Nobody trusts anybody, and for harsh experiences, people find themselves hating everyone for the misdeeds of a select few.
It's sad really.
It's almost difficult to find good accounts to follow.
Those that I perceive are like-minded, are usually not, and most often tend to be very rude and cruelly sarcastic.
I just want solid views and news. Not mud-slinging.
@InstaGator2024 I had refollowed you, forgetting why I'd stopped in the first place.
I know why now.
You seem very smart, but are far too crass and petty for me to keep on with.
Sorry to say. I was sincerely interested in your views, but I don't follow that rhetoric that you abide by.
It makes sense.
Young Men tend to rebel against the norm (Democratic power) and the Democratic party has taught young men to hate their manly side, which is contrary to nature.
This is weaponization of government. Biden either ordered this or let it happen under his watch without doing anything.
I'm not surprised. Leftists in power have been trying to destroy Trump and his 'gang' for a long time now.
He is without a doubt the most qualified man to be President at this moment in time.
No one in the primaries or within the last 3 presidential cycles even compares.
They asked him what his favorite Federalist Paper was.
It may well have been a plotted attempt to trip him up.. but the Gov was geniunely excited to get the question, and proceeded to go into an explanation as to why 51 was so important..
We will never see another like him.
Donald Trump won the popular vote.
He's the first Republican since 2004 when Bush defeated Kerry.
I wonder if some Leftists would like to see the popular vote abolished, since Trump won it and the electoral college (tbd).
@TravisChessie19 OK. While I totally agree that Trump is vengeful and does take things personally, he's also extremely hyperbolic and says strong things without intending to follow through.
Looking at the Republican primaries is a good example. Now he gets along with them all (mostly).
I'm consistently blown away that some folks on the Left STILL panic at the prospect of a Trump presidency.
Guys, did we not literally have this same man as president for 4 years, and we were fine?
It's like they've forgotten.
@TravisChessie19 I would be exceedingly happy if the world rejected democracy, as it's simply tyranny of the majority.
But rejecting the republic and a balanced system of government is bad news.
The Biden election victory, and now the Trump victory, demonstrate that beyond a shadow of a doubt, most Americans do not want unity. They want conformity, or: 'unity under MY guy'.
Idaho shows us the way. Grassroots pressure led 30 public health clinics to stop offering the C0VID shots. Reach out to your local public health agency and ask them to do the same.
