This officer’s conduct raises serious concerns about public safety. I urge the authorities to investigate and take immediate disciplinary action before anyone is harmed.
The Osun State chapter of the Nigerian Society of Engineers' National Institution of Civil Engineers visited the Legere Flyover project in Ile-Ife, offering suggestions and feedback to enhance project quality. A productive outing!#civilengineering
Building collapses in Nigeria is a serious thorn in the flesh of our society, I joined my voice as a civil Engineer to say NO to building and infrastructure collapse through a sensitisation walk against the menace today throughout the nation. Say no to quacks! #civilengineering
As a civil engineer, I believe the road's design is fine - the sectional area and alignment are good. However, even the best-designed roads can't completely prevent accidents. These things happen everywhere, not just here.
As a civil engineer, I know Nigeria's roads have specific speed limits depending on the category. For example, Trunk A roads are 100 km/h for private cars, Trunk B is usually 80 km/h, and DFFRI roads are 80 km/h for cars and motorcycles. Don't over speed your limits.
