@MikeHalpin
We recognize these reforms as fair and reasonable, which we believe will help keep our law enforcement and entire community
safe while beginning to build a more trusting relationship. Thank you for actively listening and your commitment to following through.
“I stand with our local activists who drafted The Resolution,and who entrusted me to deliver on this agenda in Springfield.While not perfect,this measure is an honest effort to bring more accountability and transparency to our justice system,and that’s why it received my support”
As we proceed in implementing The Resolution, we want to ensure we’re being fiscally responsible without altering it’s integrity. Our goal is to change to culture and minds within policing and the community they police; without being a burden on the tax payer.

Over the last few weeks, I have participated in a number of listening sessions and meetings with community members throughout Northwest and Central Illinois, including the presentation of @TheResolution00 in Rock Island.
Update: First Round of meetings. Everyone we’ve met with up to this point has agreed.... “The Resolution” platform demands are reasonable, obtainable and support all 10 points of “The Resolution”. PLEASE RT, we’ll provide updates as they develop!
