You do understand the property taxes and the Federal/provincial taxes you mention are separate and levied by separate groups and so cannot be used to pay for each other right?

Also if taxation is theft, they'll just rename it mandatory fee for use. And every road will be tolled, every service will be more expensive because you'll need to pay for the infrastructure in the service cost not via property tax.
You don't escape the fee it just gets swapped around.
