DeShone Kizer — 2017 Browns
11/18, 184 yards, 1 TD, including a game-winning 45-yard TD
Started 15 games, threw 11 TD to 22 INT, posted a 60.5 rating, and Cleveland went 0-16.

Kenny Pickett — 2023 Steelers
6/7, 70 yards, TD on his only drive; Pittsburgh went 83 yards for the score
Regular season: 2,070 yards, 6 TD, 4 INT in 12 starts. Eventually lost his job to Mason Rudolph and was traded the following offseason.

Nathan Peterman — 2018 Bills
9/10, 119 yards, TD; started 9-for-9 before a tipped-ball INT
Won the starting job. Then Week 1: 5/18, 24 yards, 2 INT, 0.0 passer rating, benched for Josh Allen.

Mitchell Trubisky — 2017 Bears
18/25, 166 yards, TD; https://t.co/Sl0faTElky was talking about franchise-QB traits

E.J. Manuel — 2013 Bills
16/21, 107 yards, TD, including an impressive two-minute drive
Never established himself as Buffalo’s answer. His entire NFL career ended at 3,767 yards, 20 TD and 16 INT over 30 games.

Paxton Lynch — 2016 Broncos
6/7, 74 yards in his NFL debut
Former first-round pick finished his entire NFL career with only 792 passing yards and 4 TDs.

Ryan Leaf — 1998 Chargers
14/20, 116 yards, TD, led two scoring drives and was described as poised. Rookie regular season: 45.0% completions, 1,289 yards, 2 TD, 15 INT, 39.0 rating. One of the most infamous busts ever.
