RCMP security costs alone cost taxpayers at least $287,285, with the Mounties warning “additional payments may still be processed.”

His easter vacation reportedly cost only $23,846. That figure left out the RCMP security cost which was $228,839.

As for RLCS guidelines, you're not eligible to compete if you are in bad standings with Psyonix/RocketLeague. Having your account banned is considered being in bad standings.

You can get banned if you try to participate in RLCS with teammates who are considered to be in bad standing with Psyonix/RocketLeague.
If you played together in the past before the bans they weren't in bad standings then.
