United fans are the most embarrassing fanbase online sometimes.

South Korea played the other day, and suddenly people were saying Lee Kang-In should be signed, that the club needs him, putting him in United shirts and lineups, and some were even arguing that Bruno Fernandes should be sold to start a “proper rebuild.”

Two days later, Morocco played, and now nobody wants Lee Kang-In anymore. Ayyoub Bouaddi is the truth, apparently. He’s better than Mateus Fernandes and every midfielder we’re linked with. Other fanbases aren’t doing this, by the way.

What annoys me isn’t even the constant player obsession. It’s that fans create entire scenarios in their heads, convince themselves a signing is happening, and then when the club signs someone else, they start hating on the new player before he’s even kicked a ball.
