I am the Running Guy!
I have been a competitive athlete for over 10 years, in which time I have ran sub 15 minutes for 5K, sub 9 for 2 miles and 4:10 for the mile multiple times
I want to use my knowledge and experience to help people build and maintain their fitness πͺ
@TheRunfluencer Never ran a 50k but ran lots of 5ks so I am biased
Would say 5k is a certain kind of hard, especially if races on the track but itβs hard to compare them!
What is your guilty pleasure food?
Mine would have to be chocolate! Usually eat healthy 80-90% of the time but of course not always!
