The vast majority who "buy" babies through surrogacy are straight couples or rich single women.
And the vast majority of men who molest are straight.
There are ethical quandaries and abuses with surrogacy, but fixating on a tiny number of cases -- ignoring most -- is bizarre.
Please tell me this is rage bait.
Your daughter told you she was being sexually violated at camp (intent is irrelevant) and you took her back and told her to fend for herself? And you think that makes you a great father?
Do you know how hard it is as a little girl to tell someone that you’ve been violated? And you dismissed her and sent her right back to the place of the abuse and forced her to carry the weight of it. You suck, sir.
“I told my daughter that telling the adults PROBABLY won't fix the situation.”
You’re right. And you’re exhibit A. SHE’S FIVE! You’re supposed to fight her battles.
He taught her to stand up for herself. You would teach her to avoid anything that may end up being uncomfortable. I understand the impulse, but teaching to deal with problems rather than avoid them seems like a better long term solution. Especially in a case where he already made sure his kid knew how to defend herself.
The sitting US Vice President is publicly proclaiming that he prays the rosary and you’re still blackpilling.
The religious Right refuses to take any sort of win because they prefer to nitpick others instead of thanking God for His blessings
Vance told Bishop Barron that for his prayer life, he tries to say a decade of the Rosary in the morning and then another before bed. That's scary to me.
Don't get me wrong, any prayer is good, and I can't judge his soul, but just objectively, you need more than 2 decades of the Rosary a day to even be a good Catholic janitor, hours more than that to be a truly Godlike father, to avoid regularly falling into mortal sin, let alone to be a good Catholic Vice President of the most powerful country in the world.
Let no one say "I don't have enough time" - the wisdom of the saints is that the busier you are, the more pressure you are under, the more time you need to make for prayer. We all make this excuse and we are almost always wrong. The ones who became saints are the ones who didn't give themselves permission to keep an 8-year-old's prayer life (but without the innocence and simplicity).
Imagine the blessing it would be for the country of JD Vance had a serious prayer life. I'm going to pray that he sees the need for it and commits to it. It's not about judgment. It's about how much we need God.
PabloReports: What do you make of Pete Hegseth refusing to promote qualified women of color?
AOC: He’s an unqualified man in his role, so of course he’s threatened by women who are twice as good as he is.
If my husband dropped our daughter off at summer camp knowing she’s going to get abused because he “doesn’t want her to be a victim” no one would ever see him again
Incoming rage post. May delete later. Could use advice from fellow girl dads.
My wife homeschools. She does a great job. My girls do extra curricular activities like jiu-jitsu and other fun stuff.
Yesterday we dropped my 5 year old daughter off at some summer day camp thing for children. She's going for a few hours every day this week.
She came home telling us she had a wonderful time except for one part. Some boy kept following her around, being mean to her, and TOUCHING her butt. She told me she told him to stop and move away from him but he grabbed her and pulled her back and continued to touch her against her will. She told me she could point the boy out and described him as a little boy her size with brown skin.
Now I get to deal with the nightmare of many California parents. Some shit culture that doesn't respect women has invaded the area I reside in and has now affected my daughters life.
This is how I've chosen to handle it today.
In about 2 hours I'm dropping her off again. We will be informing the adult staff about yesterday's incident.
I told my daughter that telling the adults PROBABLY won't fix the situation. I know the kind of adults that pervades California. Weak ineffectual pathetic bottom feeders who are more concerned about social correctness than my daughters safety.
I told my daughter if that boy touches her again today after we've let the adults know that she has my permission and every right to break that little boy's arm. Keylock, kimura, arm bar. Her choice. This seemed to calm all her little fears. Shes trained for this. I'm raising my daughters to fix their own problems, not be victims. If this is the first arm she collects, so be it.
Women will make their own lives miserable for no reason just so they can feel like they are the responsible one and then complain about it to their teenage daughters in 10 years
Do other moms pass up getting things for yourself because you see how expensive it is? Hub wanted subs for dinner tonight so I get them for kids and him and just 3 little ones is already $18.. his is $10.. plus tax. I say no thanks, I’ll eat leftovers. So I don’t get a sub sandwich because I don’t think I should be wasting money like that. (Even though it’s my husband’s money) 🫤 which then makes me feel left out but really it’s my own choice, but I feel like we really shouldn’t be paying to eat out at all so I’m the one sacrificing and being financially responsible. Am I alone in this? What would you do?
@BorjomiDrinker People don't realize you can just take your baby places. As long as there isn't loud music that will damage their hearing you can just take your baby to the bar
The obvious solution is to fund/incentivize the development of automated farming, but Congress will never do it because the few who do care about agriculture have a HickPrude constituency that's scared of robots
A new agriculture bill just dropped in the House of Representatives. It features:
Granting amnesty to illegal aliens present in the United States as of May 31, 2026, who meet minimal agricultural work history requirements.
How many illegal aliens will claim to be agriculture workers? https://t.co/mR4UjElID9
This is so ridiculously far from the truth.
I work with normies, the kind of people who were popular in high school and joined sororities and fraternities in college. They have huge communities full of mutual interests and the birth rate crisis doesn't apply to them and the families they've already successfully started and are greatly enjoying.
I'm sorry (truly, as a nerd myself) that gaming and internet philosophy aren't as admired as running a marathon or seen as sophisticated as golf. That's no reason to insist they don't count and be disparaging about people living perfectly full lives.
nah we’re not gonna shame women for leaving their baby with appropriate caretakers for a short period of time so they can take care of their physical and mental health...
I think you’re misinterpreting this. I was a weird kid. I was artsy, aloof, and off-putting, but my mom put me forced me to supplement my obsessive hobbies with normal activities & my best friends were cool, popular extroverts who saved me from myself.
