The AI healthcare race isn’t WHOOP vs. Oura. It’s Western health brands vs. China’s health systems, and the winner will become your OS for daily self-care.

A pattern I see in 25+ years investing East and West:
The West innovates the architecture. China scales manufacturing and deployment.
Humanoid robots are following this exact pattern.
The question is never "who's ahead." It's where value concentrates next.
Healthcare shouldn't require a crisis to kick in.
@sabaihealth is proactive:
— Tracks your trends over time
— Flags risks before they escalate
— Connects you to care in your language
Not a chatbot. A care companion.

All 10 report to Iki — my AI CEO.
I'm just the Chairman now. Do less. Live more.
Am I WorkOptional yet? Not even close.
But life is very, very interesting and fun these days.
DM me "SQUAD" — I'll show you how I built this.

What they did TODAY:
Moola logged into Chase, pulled a year of bank statements for my CPA
Andrew surfaced China AI research nobody talks about
Gary drafted this post. RevenueRocket pushed it out
SabAI reminded me of Muay Thai + scanned meals for macros
Joker told me to chill
The East-West AI corridor is the most underrated opportunity of the decade.
US has the models. Asia has the scale.
Bridge builders win.
@WorkOptional_ connects both worlds—real frameworks, real projects, real results.
Where are you building?
#AI#GlobalTech
Preventive health > reactive health.
But who has time to track everything?
@sabaihealth does it for you—monitoring trends, flagging risks, nudging better habits.
All with the warmth of a friend who actually cares.

@davidasinclair@elonmusk Thank you for keeping the credentialed signal loud. The longevity space badly needs the boundary between marketing claims and actual peer-reviewed science. AI will amplify both — the discipline to separate them is the edge.
@bryan_johnson Agree. Pregnancy care across most of Asia is still wrapped in a dense integrative framework — nutrition, herbs, community. The Western model stripped most of that out in the name of efficiency. AI + self-experimentation could bring the best of both back.
@foundmyfitness The pharmacological shortcut keeps underperforming the biological signal it tries to mimic. Exercise adaptations are an integrated East/West story — hormesis, circadian rhythm, diet timing — not a single pathway you can bolt a drug onto.
@drmarkhyman Food as medicine is how Eastern systems have framed aging for centuries. Western research is finally catching up biomarker by biomarker. AI-era move: real-time glucose + inflammation + plate tracking, tied to an integrative protocol.
@hubermanlab "Unscented is a scent" is the line we needed. The endocrine disruptor problem hits harder on daily cumulative exposure — cosmetics + laundry + air fresheners. In much of Asia, traditional herbal scents remain the default — same direction.
@EricTopol Agreed — the cost curve on sequencing has broken. The real unlock is fusing the genomic + continuous biomarker layer with lifestyle context. East/West AI stacks are converging on this faster than US healthcare is catching up.
Western medicine treats inflammation as a symptom.
Eastern medicine has treated it as the root signal for 2,000 years.
Biomarkers finally agree with the East.
The next decade of health is integrative AI — or it's broken.
