Inflating the totals with party/‘friend’ top-ups doesn't change the fact enthusiasm and momentum has clearly dropped off.

There is truly no excuse for not knowing that Mandelson failed his vetting, it shows that the Prime Minister is incompetent. This is not a small mistake, but a major mishap at the head of government.
The Sceptre is investigating this further.

On the 12th of Sep. 2025 the Independent revealed the concerns that Mandelson did not pass the vetting as seen below in messages released by David Maddox (editor of the Independent) showing threat No.10’s director of communications said that the DV was done in the normal way.
