@CarlowWeather Hi Alan! Maybe you want to invest into some copper bands that you can put around your buckets. Works like cellotape and the slugs hate it! Available in garden centers, poundshops, etc. Saved my strawberries in their strawberry bags last year!!

@HelenORahilly If plagued by them and accidentally answer the call, never use the word "yes". Latest scam is getting you into a conversation, trying to make you say "yes" to whatever, then they record it, twist it and say you agreed to a contract, etc. Big hassle to get out of it then.

@boucherhayes Instead of leaving it all to the cows, people could make a brilliant and inexpensive cough sirup from it. Sugar and leaves, that's it.
What a shame this recipe is mostly forgotten - but then people come into the health stores and pay a sh*tload of money to buy just that sirup. 🤦🏻‍♀️

@roisinmeaney @Vivsnewtwits Have you been to the vet with her? It reminds me of my big boy a few weeks ago. Had a bite wound followed by a very nasty abscess. Took over two weeks of antibiotics to heal the wound.

@NiallHarbison I wonder if he is a highly sensitive dog that is not able to understand contradicting behaviour of people, not individuals but humans as a "group". Like one person giving food, the other hushing him away and him thinking "can I eat now or not?" and therefore often deciding it ...

@HelenORahilly Maxizoo, Zooplus and German Amazon have this. It is a very sticky paste and brilliant to hide especially tablets (or even better tablet pieces) in it. My cats love it and even my most difficult boy can be tricked into licking tablets off my finger, as the stickyness really helps.
