I  scheduled the delivery with 3 weeks of anticipation.  Surely 3 weeks is enough time to correctly schedule and make a delivery that was promised to me.  A complete waste of a day Brandsmart has caused me. I took an entire day off work for absolutely nothing

The 2nd delivery scheduled for the other two items purchased at Brandsmart through Brandsmart "preferred" 3rd party installer ALSO was not delivered today.

@BrandsMartUSA He was jamming up the driveway, creating issues for other residents and running his truck into a building structure.  Security turned him away bc he was potentially going to cause damage to the building structure - at which point I would have been fined for that.

@BrandsMartUSA The driver arrived after the time promised and though the building made a special exception to allow the delivery the driver did not have the correct driving skills to maneuver the truck into the loading dock.

@CityofMiami @MiamiPD so first this officer, while on his cell phone, almost runs me over as I'm crossing in a crosswalk to then parks like this to go across the street to @primecigarmiami. No emergency. Just using his "cop" status to be an a-hole. #shameonyou! #AbuseOfPower
