imagine thinking a fan base is toxic bc they watched a home town kid for 9 years, cheered him on, overpaid him, defended when other fan bases destroyed him, now one playoff run changes that? He was part of the problem, he created his own image.

I just dont know how you call a fanbase that watched a player for 9 seasons - toxic? He needed a fresh start but he created his image.

The way he is playing now just cements how soft he was, I don't care if he wins multiple cups, he bailed, just accentuates he couldn't handle anything mentally in Toronto. The guy left his home lol. His groupies will tell you he was forced out- real leaf fans know, who cares....
