An open question to @Sony, @sony_jpn and @sony_india. Not about one television. About how Sony decides.

Sony refuses warranty claims as "external damage" from photographs sent on WhatsApp. No physical examination. No named test. No written technical report. A customer who asks for proof can receive a $500,000 legal notice instead.

Owners in India and in other markets describe the same sequence. Nobody outside Sony knows how often it happens.

So, to the Sony group, in public:

1. How does Sony diagnose physical damage from a photograph? Name the test, the instrument and the standard.

2. Who makes that finding, and what is their engineering qualification?

3. How many warranty claims has Sony refused as external damage without giving the customer a written technical report? In India, and in every market it sells televisions in.

4. What is a customer's appeal route when they dispute the finding? Who reviews it, and within how many days?

5. How many Sony customers who published their case have received a legal notice?

@ActivistSandeep Uber gives you a option to contact the driver after a trip. You can contact driver incase you forget something important in your cab.

@x_arch7 @SamsungIndia Out of warranty mein to kuch bhi issue hoga (defective/damage) off course charges applicable honge.
Haa incase koi technical issue hai jo troubleshooting ke through theek ho jata hai to wo free theek ho jayega...

2nd as it's an electronic product to technical issue khud se aa hi sakta hai obviously
Being a customer apko extended warranty le leni chaahiye thi

मेरी एक दोस्त ने मुझे परसो PET के आवेदन के लिए कहा था मैंने कहा ठीक है मै कर दूंगी

लेकिन जब मै अप्लाई करने बैठी तो फार्म भरने का पहला स्टेप OTR में मोबाइल न. वेरिफिकेशन के लिए OTP ही नहीं आ रही

उसके लिए कल रात 3 बजे तक जागी भी साथ में मैंने अपने एक और दोस्त को भी इसी में लगा रखा था

लेकिन OTP है की आने का नाम ही नहीं ले रही
इससे अच्छा तो CTET का वेबसाइट है लास्ट डेट के बाद दोबारा से वेबसाइट ओपन किया गया है उसके बाद भी आधे घंटे के अंदर मैंने पूरा फार्म भर दिया था
कैसे करेंगे आवेदन आज तो PET आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि है वेबसाइट नहीं सुधार सकते तो कम से कम डेट ही आगे बढ़ा दीजिए
