Most people don’t realize this yet:
Web3 is creating the biggest financial opportunity
since the early internet.
Communities like @shefiorg are helping women
enter the space early.
The next generation of builders is already here.

Women in Web3 meet-up by @shefiorg and @yodl_fi was an absolute delight.
Always great meeting fellow women in Web3, exchanging stories, sharing journeys, and hearing about what everyone is building across the space.

International Women’s Day! Today’s builder story features @ConnectBhawna founder of @SheBuildsEco, whose journey shows how one woman breaking through in tech can inspire hundreds more to believe they can too👇
“I discovered Ethereum, and that moment completely redirected my life. It wasn't just a career change, it was a new beginning.
Driven by curiosity, I dived headfirst into the Bitcoin whitepaper and the fundamentals of Ethereum. That curiosity soon turned into a passion for building.
The thrill of winning a track prize at my first online hackathon was the spark I needed. Since then, I haven’t stopped building and shipping. I founded SheBuilds, a community of over 10,000 women, where we focus on turning that same spark of curiosity into real-world tech careers.
As a woman in tech from India, the journey to a global stage isn't always linear. When I made it to my first in-person Ethereum hackathon, it felt like a victory for more than just myself. It was proof to the women in my community that we belong in these rooms.
When one of us breaks through, it gives hundreds of others the permission to believe they can too. I know I am still at the beginning of my journey, but I am committed to creating a lasting impact.” 🦄 ✨
Women should not only participate in this technological revolution they should lead it. By learning, building, and supporting each other, we can break barriers and open doors for more women in Web3
Damn the session sure looks 🔥
How about a woman only session with SheDao x @shardeum ?

Pitching SheDAO is the most fun part – just tell my girlies that this is it and they are more than excited to join as well as contribute to the community 🙌🫶
what are you doing? it's a saturday – i mean, a weekend!!!
take a sip of water & let's learn a lil' around the technological developments based on Bitcoin!
so, for years, you know, bitcoin has been the "digital gold"
but now, it's everywhere – apps, finance, & culture
well, Bitcoin's layer-1 is intentionally slow. yes. it's meant so to maximize security and decentralization
but let's see these layer-2s built upon bitcoin
1) Lightning Network (LN):
--> a network of off-chain payment channels allowing near-instant low-cost microtransactions
--> off chain transactions are almost immediate with very low cost
--> however it is limited to simple payments rather than complex smart contracts, and requires locking up funds
2) the sidechains:
run parallel to bitcoin but have separate consensus mechanism
--> separate & connected blockchain with their own set of validators & consensus rules, linked to bitcoin via 2-way peg
--> can offer full smart contract functionality (EVM compatible) with extremely high throughput, since they are not constrained by bitcoin's L1
--> however the security can be questionable as they rely on their own validator set rather than bitcoin's PoW - introduced as centralization risk
--> some examples are Liquid Network, Stacks
3) rollups – security powerhouse or what?!
most technically complex and crucial for enabling DeFi on bitcoin
--> transactions executed off-chain, but the data or a cryptographic proof of validity is posted back to bitcoin L1 for settlement & security – yup, that's how we inherit bitcoin's security here
--> we have either zk-rollups (zero knowledge proofs to cryptographically prove the offchain state transition's validity - a gold standard for security
--> or we have optimistic rollups that assume transactions are valid but allow a time window for fraud proofs
--> we get highest level of security here while enabling smart contracts and DeFi
--> however this means it's a more complex technology to build and can have longer finality time
--> example is SatoshiVM
ultimately, you can't just nominate any single L2 as the best, the one that achieves best balance of inheriting bitcoin's security while offering full programmability – the scalability trilemma
however, the evolution from mere payments to complex DeFi tells us the place of bitcoin as foundational layer, not just a store of value
tell me which bitcoin based L2 do you believe in, & why?

Decentralization isn't just tech jargon. It's the shift from gatekeepers to direct access. Think career paths, learning, even income streams.
The question: are you building with this mindset, or waiting for permission?
@TheSheDAO#Decentralization#FutureOfWork
Web3 isn't crypto volatility. It's the control you gain over your digital self.
Web2 was rented land; Web3 is ownership.
Where will this shift hit your career (AI, tech, design) first?
#Web3#FutureOfWork@TheSheDAO
DeFi isn’t just “crypto.” It’s finance without gatekeepers ⚽️ trust powered by code.
If transparency becomes the new currency, how will careers adapt?

Liquidity is the lifeblood of DeFi.
but in AMMs, most of it just sits idle.
> 90%+ of your funds are never used
> traders still face slippage
> LPs get diluted returns
@saros_xyz DLMM changes that!
liquidity is placed in bins → only where trades happen.🧵👇
For quite a while, I kept hearing the term "memecoins" too much.
I was like, cryptocurrency is okay, what's this now? 😭😭
But I'm not confused anymore. So, let's simplify memecoins as well👇🏻
