@Crater114@supertanskiii Where was the Dinghy mate? Pretty sure it was at sea, so by definition, sea worthy. Not that that is in any was the legal definition (happy to provide this if you want it, though) 🤣
@Stormin752@ONIUK1@supertanskiii s46 of the 1990 Act defines ship and ‘includes hovercraft and every other description of vessel used in navigation’. Therefore, the statutory definition of ‘watercraft’ in 2023 Order will absolutely be sufficient to satisfy definition of ‘ship’. As the kids say, ‘come at me bro’
@Crater114@supertanskiii Wrong. The actual law relating to the offence he’s been charged with:-
Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990, Section 11.
1)Subject to subsection (5) below, a person commits an offence if he unlawfully and intentionally—
(a)destroys a ship or a fixed platform
@BjWpjames@supertanskiii The video that you are responding to literally sets out completely different charges to the one you have cut and pasted. Is your basic comprehension really that low?
@RossPitman101@LittleMyTweets@Channel4 ‘Think how those 250,000 girls felt when they were groomed’, he says. When confronted by an actual grooming survivor, responds with ‘I don’t think you were groomed for anything but victim hood’. This is the level they operate at. It would be funny if it wasn’t so abhorrent.
@TJHughes1976@OperaSocialist@supertanskiii “Keir Starmer is a fraud and destroying Britain”. What would you change, Nigel? “Nothing”. He can’t immediately think of anything that would hold up to even the slightest scrutiny. Vote reform though!*
