1/7 🍭A post I made about what it’s like to be Autistic and have ADHD both at the same time. The internal push and the pull, but also how they can complement each other 🧵 #adhdvsautism#adhd#autism
@Liv_Agar here is my original post where the picture is from. It may give more context to the image along with the written post 😁 https://t.co/8TWPQABQK5
@Liv_Agar Oh myyy that’s me and my picture and my post but my name has been cropped out of the image for some reason 🍭😅 Glad so many people can relate to it though 😁 I have written a lot about this on my Instagram (by the same name as I have here)
That internal push and pull with my cautious side vs my spontaneous side within 🙈 having AD(H)D and being autistic at the same time is somewhat like this, having a little devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other 🙈😅 #autistic#adhd#autism#adhdwomen#adhdlife

What is the point of going to any Dr to ask for help when all too often you leave the Doctors office feeling like they just added to your problems!? Preparing to get medically gaslit or brushed aside when going to the Doc has become totally ‘normal’…it’s not okay #MentalHealth
📌 I live in a reality where I can’t trust any new Dr. that I am going into a meeting with. It’s like a roulette game, pure luck based. To never feel safe wether or not you’re gonna be believed is a super stressful way of living when trying to improve your health.
