@RoyalMailHelp Could you point me in the right direction to resolve an issue with a delivery.
Tracking says it's at the South Midlands depot but it's been there & not moved since the 10th December!
RM have had this package in their system since the 8th December.

Obviously the storm has caused issues across the board, we've lost our broadband since Saturday.
Trying to speak to a real person is proving impossible & the only response we've gotten is this & it says probable fix as of yesterday?

I have had to deal with the issue the best I could.
Very disappointed in Dysons level of customer service, it's somewhat lacking on all fronts.
@AskDyson Can someone assist me please. Need to resolve a faulty vacuum issue. Customer support will only talk to my husband on the phone as he purchased it but, he is hard of hearing and along with the team members accent, he is struggling to understand what they are saying.
@TheBodyShopUK I did that before asking here. No joy. However, this morning I was able to order and the website didn't appear to be as jumbled and clunky as it was yesterday.
