@ArgosHelpers just wondering if you know when items such as ref no. 107/0596 will be available for delivery again? I presume COVID is still blocking delivery on items like this?
@santanderukhelp So far I’ve had to renew my insurance, tax, and now going to have to pay admin fees to get these changed onto my new car, if I even get that far with you all messing around not fixing things on my finance account
@santanderukhelp When I ring 0800 085 1759 to try and get updates on an issue you’re not willing to resolve very quickly do I have to sit on hold for 20 mins only to be cut off? This has happened all day! I swear you are blocking my calls!? Have you had call centre issues??
@santanderukhelp I’m trying to clear my car finance as I’m purchasing another car and you’re holding me up someone else before I bought the car brand new registered finance with yourselves to my car VIN and you’re not giving me any updates to get it resolved so I can get my car sold Calls cut off
