I worked for Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick in 2020, and was raised in the district.

To me, one thing is clear:

As drawn, the new #FL20 will be a majority Black district that will elect a Black candidate. It’s also drawn in a way that favors younger, LGBTQ leadership, including a hefty portion of Sistrunk, Wilton Manors and East Ft Lauderdale.

Wasserman-Schultz seems to mainly be in districts 22 or 25, and Moskowitz heavily in District 25 (or 22 as well with Parkland etc..)

There’s only one candidate who logically checks all three boxes, and already has deep roots in the community. His name is @iElijahManley

Would be a shame for other SoFlo dems to carpetbag into FL20 for a safe blue seat. Instead, they should prove their value in their own district.
