@becca__lr Oh fun fact, they made me wait A WEEK for them to get my apartment painted and professionally cleaned before letting me move in. So idk what they did that entire week, and why it took an extra 2 weeks to review my reasonable accommodation for my ESA

@becca__lr Maintenance was a joke. Entire time I lived there the ice maker was broken, and when they tried fixing it once they caused the entire first floor to flood. Had to tell my roommates to stop making requests to fix it because they’d leave it “fixed” and cause it to flood again
