Years of coming to @ResortsPCBeach and this has been the most STRESSFUL check-in experience for what should be a relaxing vacation. Reservations all messed up and my elderly mother placed in an upstairs unit with no elevator access and no resolution🤬

@Tracfone I’ve been charged (2x) for a @Tracfone plan that they don’t seem to know how to activate. I use this cheap lil trap phone to separate work from personal and maintain some peace and boundaries while working from home. So much for peace 🙄

@Tracfone really scheduled me for a call back at 9:45 after their offices were closed. Just when I think the customer service could not possibly get worse, they one up themselves.

@Tracfone Part of the problem is these auto responses. Instructions customers to call AFTER business hours is counterproductive.
