Get up, Get out, Get fit. Take a walk for 30 minutes a day. 410,000 people take medication for depression. Alternative medication, go for a walk to destress for 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week. " Try a walk not a pill" set a challenge for yourself or see if a walk will help.
