@CtheLala Having thought the same thing (and tried) it is super difficult to make any such game politically neutral as soon as you start modelling secondary effects.
I think this is why all the games you mention have a simplified (and wrong) approach.

Macroeconomics would benefit from better mass audience video games that let one manage a country's fiscal and monetary policies under different theories.
