@WillChenForPrez No, because there's no lessons learnt while being on welfare. Welfare keeps the cycle of poverty going. With cash grants people will about the value of putting their money into good use. Also our cash grants won't give as much money as welfare, which costs on average $9,000.

@WillChenForPrez Yes, because now people won't sit around and do nothing while collecting taxpayers money. To me, taking someone's hard earned money and giving it to someone else just because of economic reasons is immoral. Not everything needs to be solved by the government.
