School Strikes in Minneapolis and St. Paul Public Schools will result in one loser and that’s the students. To date we have seen no improvement in the achievement gap from either public school. Our administration and teachers can’t see that. Theron lies one of the problems.

It will be nice when the microphone is put in the face of the perpetrators of racism versus having African Americans speak to how they feel about today’s verdict of Derek Chauvin. Racism will not change unless the culprits of racism solve it, versus asking the victims to fix it.

@NorahODonnell would love to see you guys talk about how the pandemic has affected employment for African American men, especially since we are in Black History month.  The narrative around diversity, equity, and Inclusion seems to exclude African American men.
