#15thMay2020 is #78thDay since SRO202 Committee was formed. J&K Administration must realise the miseries of permanent govt employees recruited post 2015 under SRO202, they are devoid of basic rights of allowances viz DA, TA, HRA, CEA, CCA etc. Amend it.

as per direct recruitment rule...2400 is applicable to lib Asstt..
