After interviewing our researchers we created 4 pillars to focus our efforts on for research storage :
1. Accessible - Research needs to be findable and accessible
2. Onboarding - Researchers need to have a succinct induction
Linear roadmaps are misleading without a crystal ball for seeing the future. A roadmap that recognizes the existence of risk as time goes on is more honest. But an effective PM needs to anticipate possible branches, too - and create clear criteria for following each path.
Accessibility should be apart of every design teams core beliefs, values, and principles — not an afterthought. Design with accessibility in mind all the time.
