I have a huge amount of sympathy for Kelly Osbourne.

She grew up in a town where looks are everything. Constantly being told she wasn't good enough. Living her formative years in the public eye & struggling with addiction & a dysfunctional home life.

Now having to deal with the death of her father, again in the public eye.

Ozempic is a strange drug. Your body changes quicker than your brain does.

I lost a huge amount of weight on Ozempic & I'm now less than 110lbs, BUT I still looked at photos of myself & thought I looked fat. Luckily my friends kept me right, & now that my brain has caught up I know my weight is exactly where it should be (BMI of 22).

I think Kelly is going through the same & her weight is the one thing she has control over.

It's not helpful to tell her she looks like a crack whore. But it might make you feel better about yourself.

I hope for Kelly's sake that she has friends as good as mine are to help her over the next year.
