Happy Valentine’s Day! 💐
This year marks 20 years since the release of Richard’s Coles Corner album and to celebrate we are collecting stories about how people met their loved one!
Coles Corner was famous in Sheffield as a place to meet before going on a date.
This is breaking my heart today… she ran off yesterday, and is still missing. Sefton Park, South Liverpool area last seen…
She’s 13 years old and it’s -3 outside 💔
Please help find her!
Hello @Keir_Starmer I hope you’re having a good start to Christmas . I didn’t know who else to write to so I’m hoping you can help . Please make some calls & get this poor woman out of prison for Christmas . This doesn’t reflect well on the UK . Thanks #loveactually Please RT

This Saturday 7th Dec we are celebrating the 1 year anniversary of our second shop floors opening!
Looking back now we still can’t believe the work that went into it. It’s no secret the building was run down and hadn’t been touched in decades, we took it on not knowing how much work would actually be involved with out a deadline in sight. Every time we thought we were close a new problem would arise, the three of us spent 14 months slogging away at it!
We initially took the restoration on for Diane to be able to see her Mums living room restored, not realising the impact it would have. To be able to see everyone's reaction when visiting, along with the opportunities it has opened such as bringing in weekly tours to view it, it’s undoubtedly been the best decision we’ve made.
Drop in this Saturday to celebrate the 1 year anniversary opening for a cuppa and cake!
Today is Davy Graham’s birthday - without him - there’s no Bert Jansch, John Renbourn, Wizz Jones, Martin Carthy, Jimmy Page, Paul Simon - he’s THAT important. In the early 1990s, I tracked him down in his London apartment and we did an interview- which will be reprinted soon
Among the most dramatic/devastating moments in 20th century music? When Bob Dylan meets Donovan (the latter still a golden boy of folk & a rival) & sings him the scorching poetic opener to *It’s All Over Now Baby Blue.*
It's all over Donovan’s face: he’s been totally eclipsed
